All Is Lost written and directed by JC Chandor presents us with Our Man played by Robert Redford and his fight to survive after his boat hits a shipping container and the entire film is about his grueling fight to survive against the forces of nature and it's awesome.

Robert Redford gives us one of his best performances as a man who we never learn anything about we never even learn his name but we're rooting for him to survive the entire way through and it also explores what happens when a man feels defeated does he give up or does he keep going? This is a great film and it's a thought provoking film as well that I think is really great.
