Review of All Is Lost (2013) by Joseph P — 13 Sep 2014
All Is Lost is a part of the fun and gripping survival genre of films, much like Gravity. Robert Redford stars as the nameless old man at sea in his boat. Over eight days, he faces surmounting challenges alone - the film virtually has no dialogue - and tension rises.
Redford, at age 77, did virtually all of the stunts. His performance is Oscar worthy and breathtaking. A gripping and incredible film.
