Review of All Is Lost (2013) by Katie K — 18 Sep 2014
A simple idea, simplified by the absence of dialogue. The simplicity of the movie allows for the true emotions of Redford to take the driver's seat and really shine. Being able to portray this story without words, leaves for many suspenseful moments and allows you to really connect with the character through your own process of trying to figure out what he's thinking of doing next/feeling/and putting yourself in that persons shoes.
Bravo!
