Review of All Good Things (2010) by Adnan A — 02 Jan 2011
Gosling delivers a chilling performance in this true murder mystery, and there is a good supporting cast at hand aswell. Though the movie is quite engaging for the most part, it is Jarecki's story-telling that is not quite effective as it could have been. Most of its fascinating aspects never come full circle, and it's not because the case was never really solved in reality.
Overall, this is an intriguing watch but it doesnt really build on what could have been a great thriller. Still, it is worth a watch for the dark mood it creates, nice characters, and solid acting.
