I'm so bored by Critics! They seem to attempt to out do each other with clever and often negative reviews. Who writes anymore about the basics of a film? Who writes reviews as a guide to the people out there? Being a critic is not license to destroy a career or movie. Dear Critic; If you know so much why are you not producing, acting, directing? What is a movie for you?

For me: 1- Thought provoking 2- Acting 3- Direction 4- Story content. All Good Things has it all. What a story as well. At the end I left the theater angry, confused and frustrated that Ryan Gossling still lives. I mean his character. That is how strong Gossling's performance is. As always, Kristen Dunst is beautiful eye candy. Dunst knocks it out of the park with her combination performance of sweet innocence and tormented fear. I wanted to yell at the screen and save her from the devil that we see unfold in front of our eyes. Yes, it is a dark film with a often slow pace that might have been spiced up a bit. Beautiful photography that draws you into the wetness and fear of each scene. The punch is that it is based upon true people many of whom live today. Andrew Jarecki has created a unique work combined with documentary and dramatic effect. Jarecki also has created a frighting film that is intensively character driven. If you enter to see a crash and burn film stay home. If you want a film that lures you in and then takes you on a fearful ride then rush to see "All Good Things." You will leave wanting to know more about how these events could really occur. Well done ladies and gentleman!
