Review of All Eyez on Me (2017) by Katherine C — 14 Jun 2017
Being a huge Tupac fan, being worried about John Singleton not directing the film, the timing of Afeini's passing, I saw the movie and felt they did 2Pac justice. They did his personality justice. They did his music justice.
His relationships with Biggie, Suge, Jada, Kiddada, and most importantly his mother were well captured and there were many points throughout the film where I was almost complelled to shed a tear. I do not trust the critics here af this site to give you a good honest review of what this film is and should be.
I've seen nothing but good reviews from people who knew him and were around him and I myself am a huge fan of Pac and I'm definitely going to see it more than once. If you are a Pac fan you will surely love it and if you're a hip hop fan period this will be a must see film to learn about a hip hop legend and overall revolutionary.
