Review of All Eyez on Me (2017) by William N — 15 Jun 2017

I was excited and eagerly waited to see All Eyez On Me because I am a big fan of Kat Graham. I didn't know much about Tupac, but the film was honestly very good. Kat Graham, while she was amazing as Jada Pinkett, only had around five scenes, so I'm not just saying that because she's in it.

It is worth seeing on the big screen! Danai Gurira (Michonne from The Walking Dead) was so amazing as Tupac's mom, Afeni, she stole the show... Demetrius Shipp Jr., I feel, really embodied Tupac very well, but, as I said, I truthfully don't know too much about Tupac's life.

In her brief time on screen, Kat really showed her range and the friendship between Pac and Jada felt genuine, which I think was important. And while not everything may be completely accurate, I feel like creative liberties are taken with every biopic, because they still have to tell a story in a very condensed amount of time.

I will be seeing it again! And if you have any interest in the life story of Tupac or just a well done film with an extraordinary cast, you should see it too!
