Review of All Dogs Go to Heaven 2 (1996) by Dave L — 24 Jan 2009
A reminder of why the first movie is the weakest in the trilogy: the absence of Sasha. In a similar way, the second installment suffers (to a lesser extent) without Belladonna, her sadistic charm and delicious evilness putting her far above even Red.
The story is more smoothly paced than the others, however, as it doesn't rely as much on external narratives, and Charlie and Sasha's duet is just spellbinding.
