Not for children in the slightest, "All Dogs" is a dark film filled with selfish characters, dull music and a rush job of an ending. plus given the fact that 10 year-old Judith Barsi, who voices the orphan Anne-Marie, was murdered a year before the movie's release, it all adds up to one harsh atmosphere for this cartoon outing.
