Review of All Dogs Go to Heaven (1989) by Keenan S — 12 Aug 2011

This is my favorite Don Bluth film (Yes, I prefer it to The Secret Of NIMH) mostly because I felt it had better character development which allowed me to become attached to them. This film is very dark in its nature (Some scenes had to be cut in fact) considering its depictions of death and even a scene in which Charlie has a nightmare about going to Hell, but that's what helped make this film so fascinating and enjoyable.

Oh if only Don Bluth still did animated films then maybe we'd have more awesome dark animated films (Why do have the greats of animation either have to die or retire?).
