The Gist.

Mary Horowitz (played by Sandra Bullock) is thirty-year-old woman who writes the crosswords for a local newspaper. She lives with her parents and is currently single. After being verbally assaulted by a school full of kids during career day, she accepts a blind date with Steve (Bradley Cooper), a camraman for the local new station. She talked to the man for no more than ten minutes, she is convinced that they are meant to be together. As Steve travels all over the country for his job, Mary follows him everywhere, making herself the loudest, and most obnoxious stalker I?ve ever heard of.

What We Think.

This movie, in my opinion was not the greatest. Who really wants to watch a woman embarress herself? The whole thing is about Mary stalking a guy she hardly knows. Just to try and be funny, the writers of this movie added a creeper-of-character: Hartmen Hughes (Thomas Haden Church), the TV reporter that Steve films. This character only makes trouble for everyone, and is rather annoying. The entire plot of the movie was weak, and I was kind of bored at times when watching it. I did laugh during a few parts, but some jokes were lacking funniness. In my opinion, it was the type of movie that you watch once and then never watch again. If you watch it with some friends, you?ll definitely have a good time, but it wasn?t a remarkable movie.

Real Teen Rating~ C- : I?d rather read a book.
