Review of All About Eve (1950) by Philippe O — 02 Oct 2010
Margo Channing herself is a chef-d'oeuvre; Bette Davis, potentially the greatest screen star of all, has never been as instinctive, as layered, as believable. Surrounded by a movie with a script so biting and a storyline so entertaining, she stars in what just may be the Golden Age's single best picture.
