Review of Alita: Battle Angel (2019) by Natman54 — 02 Apr 2019

Ended up seeing this movie on accident when "Us" was sold out. I never thought I'd end up enjoying this movie as much as I did. Sure, it does have its fair share of problems; it contains a romance plot that mostly distracts from some of the more compelling parts and the third act feels quite rushed.

However, this movie has a whole lot of heart, more so than almost any movie I have seen in theaters in a long time. That heart is why I walked out of the movie with a stupid grin on my face; I could feel all the passion put into this movie.
