Will keep it short. Overall I think they did a good job adapting a Manga/Anime. What I didn't like was the lower City being too clean and people living there, like it was an ok life. The contrast between the Scrapyard and Tiphares wasn't clear enough.
A lot of the dialogue felt cheesy, cringey or bland. The presence of real danger, the charisma of some of the enemies, was for the most part of the movie missing. It wish the movie would have been a bit darker atmosphere wise.
