A direct follower of its predecessor, it's spectacular - but not over-the-top. Answers a lot of the puzzles that were raised in the first film. Easily one of the best sequels I've ever seen, really a cinematic masterpiece.
I actually enjoyed this more than the original - it came back with bigger, faster, better action and is much more intense.
