Review of Aliens (1986) by Andrew U — 20 Jun 2016
While Alien is arguably the best sci-fi horror film of all time, Aliens is the epitome of a riveting sci-fi action romp. Thrilling from beginning to end, constant suspense enveloped in a bleak atmosphere, filled to the brim with situational humor (namely from Bill Paxton's legendary Private Hudson), and held together like glue by its down-to-earth, fully fleshed-out characters.
There's no other way to put it: Aliens is a bona fide classic.
