Review of Alien³ (1992) by Jamie R — 25 Jan 2015
Slow burning Sci-Fi/horror classic. The plot progresses very slowly but never drags. It just leaves you watching in dread, waiting for the next scare, so when it does comes, it's entirely more effective.
Some of them date but for the most pat Alien has some pretty great effects, and the performances are expectedly strong. If you're into atmospheric intensity slowly building up and releasing in short bursts of action, this is for you.
