Review of Alien Resurrection (1997) by Benedick L — 04 Nov 2010

Could have been better but could have been a lot worse, the fourth instalment adds some thrills to the franchise but nothing more. The script is written by Joss Whedon which is somewhat of a surprise as there is very little to showcase his finer work (Buffy, Firefly and Dollhouse).

I think there could have been a lot more suspense in this film instead of quick kills. See this if you want to complete the quadrilogy but not if you want to ruin the memory of the first two excellent films.
