The "District 9" of the 80's. I went to the movies the other night and saw the great sci-fi adventure "District 9'. After I left and for a whole day afterwards I was trying to find out where I saw something like this before.
Then it came to me "Alien fucking Nation". This movie is seriously dated but James Caan's approach to the beaten down cop is great. Throw some aliens in the mix and we have a show. This movie is still a novelty and a lot of fun.
If you've missed it go back to it and have a couple of laughs.
