An utterly cliche '80s buddy cop movie, except -- get this! -- the sloppy cop is teamed with an alien! Remember the episode of South Park where the bald alien-like people come from a special portal to take our jobs.
Well, this movie is the logical extension of that premise, except not funny or all that creative.
