Review of Alien: Covenant (2017) by Jimmie D — 06 Aug 2017

The hate for this movie is so nitpicky, it drives me crazy. Its nowhere near as good as the first two originals, or even Prometheus, but its a solid prequel that fills in the gaps nicely. My main flaw is that, yes, the crew characters make some pretty dumb decisions, but other than that, I really liked the film.

The backstory of how the Xenos were made is quite cool and also isnt fully explained yet. When people say how they hate this aspect, and how it ruins everything, give me a fucking break. No matter how it was explained, people would have bitched.

Ridley Scott is a fucking class act and he does not deserve such shitty fans.
