I haven't seen anything related to Alien's franchise, however I can tell you guys that this is some of the most disgusting films I've ever seen. And even it has no action at all, the only thing is has it's all in the blood.
After all, their intention is that. So if you want to make worth your time, it's better for you to watch another movie instead of staying sat down for two hours to watch NOTHING. However if you are such a blood lover, this might satisfy it.
