Review of Alien: Covenant (2017) by Jerkface910 — 18 May 2017
Scott continues the trend he introduced in Prometheus of sending the most inept idiots into space on important missions. I wouldn't trust the crew of the Covenant to run a closing shift at a Wendy's, let alone helm a colonization effort.
On top of that, the story picks up where Prometheus left off, keeping a lot of those silly elements in play. Characters muse about the origin of human life, but who cares? We come for the murderous aliens, not meandering philosophy.
