Review of Alien: Covenant (2017) by Supemoneylife — 03 Jul 2017

Average! By the franchise's standards this movie is terrible. The actors, average; film direction, average; storyline, average is being polite! It's lacking in much of the ingredients that made the original 3 movies a mega success.

I watched it to the end hoping for some kind of plot twist, or to be given some reason to watch. All that I was given was more unanswered questions. The film did not rekindle any of my interest in the Aliens movies and in many ways, set-about killing off my interest in the overall plot.

It's more like a cliff-hanger, almost like it was made for TV and that you have to watch next week to find out what happens.
