COVENANT succeeds in being little beyond an acting exercise for Mr. Fassbender. And unfortunately, even his overwhelming talent can save this sci-fi action thriller film without action or thrills.
An overemphasis on mythology has lead the writers and Scott astray, resulting in something neither all that interesting nor even remotely scary.
