Review of Alien: Covenant (2017) by Brandon R — 21 May 2017
This film is a massive disappointment. It shits on the lingering questions from Prometheus before launching into shoot-first action nonsense with no scares or suspense. Fassbender returns as the android David who behaves in a totally incomprehensible way, Ridley Scott is just throwing concepts at the wall unconcerned with franchise cohesion or good storytelling.
One of the worst films in the series.
