Review of Alien: Covenant (2017) by Sak L — 29 Jul 2017
Having just seen Passengers with the same plot, this film was blah. It's hard to imagine that the Alien franchise doesn't yield better scripts. Big open places with a couple actors feels like a director trying to fill space with special effects to make it feel real.
It felt like a studio shoot. It felt fake and lacked the true grit of the Alien franchise. It'll be a great Netflix watch.
