Ridley Scott continues to reveal to us the origin of one of the most dangerous monsters - the Alien. Some secrets have to remain secret. A stranger was many years in the aura of mystery, and we thought "how the hell did they come from?" — it's interesting.

But Ridley Scott decided to make a series of prequels, and why not. To disclose the Foreign origin must be the one who this whole mess started. The problem is that Ridley Scott, the director, and the prequels need a great script, but it is not.

"Prometheus" was a pretty fantastic movie and had almost no connection with the movie "Alien" and "Alien:Covenant" is its continuation. However, almost no connection with "Prometheus" has, except of the Android David, we don't even show the monster from the end of "Prometheus".

But "Alien: Covenant" is already directly linked to the movie "Alien" and reveals to us the mystery of the origin of these deadly monsters. The problem with this film, like "Prometheus" script.

He is absolutely useless. If the reason why the colonists landed on an uncharted planet can understand (though it is close and the atmosphere is right), but the fact that they landed on this planet without space suits can not be forgiven.

If the colonists were to them, the film simply would not have been, nobody would have been infected, and all was well (before I met David, of course). The colonists not just dumb, they have intelligence left in a minus, besides, they cannot be called professionals in their field.

The colonists very much, you are one of them remember, except for the main character and that guy in the hat, but names you don't remember, remember only their images. The characters are many and they are not disclosed.

Fortunately, they die quickly, and almost all do it's pretty cool. The only interesting and compelling characters is the Android David and Walter, who brilliantly played by Michael Fassbender. David is wonderful, he is cunning, treacherous, and otherwise mocking stupid people.

He is the best antagonist in the universe "Alien". The film looks great! All kinds are absolutely gorgeous. Ridley Scott is a true master of his craft, for the Director's work can not complain about, everything looks nice and cool.

Scenes of fights, staging, scenery — everything is fine. The monsters look scary, and very dangerous. The film breaks into silly scenes (like the landing of the colonists without a spacesuit), and stunning (as the appearance Nepomorpha from the back).

The Director pulls this film, because the script is stupid, the characters often do not behave logically, you don't can understand things not because of their stupidity, but because of the scenario of stocks.

Although it is possible that "Alien: COVENANT" as "Prometheus" was mercilessly cut, so you need to wait for the uncut version. People are stupid in this film, Yes, but they behave like people.

No need to find fault with their behavior in a stressful situation, they are clearly not ready for this was. The human factor makes itself known, and you already see on the screen are not actors, but real people, because they live and behave as people.

The film is full of biblical references, there are references to "Hamlet", is the talk about Wagner and others, and I think this is unnecessary in this film. Movies "Alien" should be about survival, about the unknown monsters, but we got a movie about Android and his menagerie.

Fear almost no sense that the heroes survive too. The film is just stuck in all sorts of references and almost tried to scare the viewer. This film is about David, not about other people and other monsters, the story of Android, imagines himself a God.

Don't get me wrong, it's good, even great, but not for a movie about aliens. I have the feeling that Ridley Scott is sometimes confused scenario of this film and "Blade Runner". References to "Hamlet", the Bible is good, but we didn't go to this movie.

Although the monsters are encouraging. They are deadly, smart, and now we know their origin. "Alien:Covenant" is already associated with the movie "Alien", it's beautiful, entertaining, sometimes trying to scare.

It is not just a beautiful fantasy film like "Prometheus", it's about our favorite Xenomorph. But it spoils a scenario in which a feeling that just with white thread tied these poor Alien. The film is not great, but not terrible, he is just average.

I left the cinema without emotion. The film didn't scare me, not pleased, but not upset, he brings a lot of new information to the history of Others, besides he filmed great, the monsters look cool. A better film "Prometheus", and perhaps the best movie about aliens from the time of the third part.

Looking forward to the next movie, but for a miracle do not hope.
