Review of Alien Apocalypse (2005) by Hunter D — 13 Feb 2008
The only thing that makes this movie watchable is the presence of Bruce "Don't Call Me Ash" Campbell. Outside of that it's pretty much your standard Sci-Fi Original Movie drivel. This movie seems like it wants to be a tongue-in-cheek goofy B-flick in the vein of Army of Darkness, but the filmmakers focus on all the wrong things.
It still got a few laughs out of me though. Just don't be fooled by its marketing campaign, while it LOOKS like a good Bruce B-picture, it's really just a ho-hum one.
