Review of Alien (1979) by Tim R — 29 Mar 2014
If you know me, you know I dont like "future" movies. This is a perfect example, because here is a movie where the technology is SO advanced that they are deep in space, and they have a humanoid robot on board that no one can tell is actually a robot, and yet, the instrument panels and anything electronic related looks like its from a toaster oven made in 1979.
.. when this movie was made. I understand why people love it, and it certainly was suspenseful, but its just not for me.
