Review of Alien (1979) by Vincent N — 14 Aug 2014
While Alien is a science fiction classic, it's not entirely for everyone. The movie pulls of suspension very well but for some it might come off as slow. The cast of characters aren't the typical expendable group of survivors as most of them were given depth and a purpose as they were on screen.
The alien in the movie was terrifying and used perfectly to enhance the suspense. Overall, Alien lives up to its classic status but it's not for everyone.
