Review of Alien (1979) by Agustín S — 11 Sep 2015
It's not only Sigourney Weaver's strong and confident prortrayal of Ripley, the old-fashioned yet stunning technology from the future, the slow pace, palpable tension or the Alien itself (which is suitably terrifying) it's the fact that Ridley Scott's masterpiece still manages to entertain, impress and damn-right horrify audiences even 36 after it's initial release.
It's breathtaking atmposphere mixed with it's stunning production values and blend of science fiction and horror, make Alien a unique and unforgettable experience in the world of cinema.
