Review of Alien (1979) by Lasse G — 29 Mar 2016
A horror movie that hits every single nerve in your body when you're watching it. For most of the time, when you are not constantly in fear of a Xenomorph suddenly coming out of nowhere, you are guided through this spacecraft by a very compelling group of characters who are played perfectly by their respective actors and actresses.
You follow the final act through the eyes of Ellen Ripley, played beautifully by Sigourney Weaver. The amazing suspense of incredibly creepy setups are mainly because of the brilliant directing from Ridley Scott who had only made one movie prior to this.
