Review of Alice Through the Looking Glass (2016) by Michael W — 29 May 2016

I liked it. It is a fun run thru fantasy so over done with special effects and talent of actors it is a bit overwhelming.

I thought the theme of time was really good and a good lesson. I think it is a good kids movie and I liked how it focused on Alice and less so on the hatter and other characters. It was about how Alice can solve problems. She has to steal time and this is not what she expects. She wanted to do impossible things.

Sacha Cohen, a bit of a strange actor, does a great job playing "time." I like how it covers empowering women and fairness.

So if you want to see a moral story about fairness to women and see an amazing children fantasy this is the movie. I thought it a wonder.
