It's okay. The CGI is incredible and I loved the designs for the clocks, gears n fantasy stuff (it brought me back to my imagination on the series Keys to the Kingdom by Garth Nix). That was my favorite.
But the plot was poorly delivered. Halfway through the film when things got rolling I thought, "This can't be it." Turns out it was. Could have been done better.
