Review of Alice Through the Looking Glass (2016) by Rickbell — 26 May 2016

Boring story and lack of any type of interesting plot that can be identified with. Nice special effects but nothing compelling about the characters or their development. I didn't laugh once and was seriously thinking of walking out because it was tedious and uninteresting, and I had paid over $20 to see it in an iMax theater. Someone needs to tell the folks that made this movie that no matter how many millions of dollars you spend on special effects, if the story isn't a good one, then it's still a bad movie.

Moreover, I'm so tired of women in lead roles in mainstream movies. They ruined the latest Star Wars that way by making a girl the lead and every ethnic minority besides Asian as the rest of the cast.
