Review of Alice in Wonderland (2010) by Jan B — 12 Mar 2013

I enjoy the visual style of the film, the sets are colourful and entertaining, however I did not care much for Johnny Depp's portrayal of the Mad Hatter who here does not have that zany and enjoyable madness as the original Mad Hatter in the Disney feature.

I also must admit that I did not care much for the design of the red queen, but did enjoy Helena Bonham Carter's portrayal of the red queen. The film is colourful and imaginative however I prefer the original Disney animated feature over this film.
