Review of Ali (2012) by Chris C — 09 Dec 2010

There is a scene in this film where Will Smith, who was over praised for his portrayal of Muhummad Ali, is running with a crowd. That scene lasts for seemingly 38 minutes. The other two hours consist mainly of Smith doing a piss poor Ali impression that wouldve been better suited to a segment of Saturday Night Live.

You get the real sense that Smith thinks he's doing a great job, which makes me cringe quite frankly. Sentimental crap that is a piece of matted dog fir on the CV of Michael Mann and an offence to the boxing legend.
