Review of Alexandra's Project (2003) by Emannuel L — 05 Feb 2010
The climax is engaging and informative look at potential problems with long-term relationships. Most men may become contemplative after watching this movie, that is if they had the patience to bear the incredibly dull first half.
After watching the entirety of I found the second half of the movie worth the wait, but there surely must have been some spice they could have added to the first half. It's worth the wait because of it's great performance by Buday and the realistic view point of a woman suppressed by her husband (whether his fault or hers).
Overall, it's a great candid look at an ignored phenomena, but failed to keep me entertained enough to want to get to good latter part of the film.
