Slooooow. Slow and strange. Not at all what I expected from the synopsis, which had sounded really interesting. The tape certainly takes you on a ride of emotions, but you never feel anything more than confusion about what is happening.
And the lack of cellphones and the use of a VHS also seemed strange from a 2003 movie. I would have guessed it was much older.
