Review of Alex Cross (2012) by Doye B — 27 Dec 2012
This is a movie with a great antagonist, but a lousy protagonist! Nothing wrong with Alex Cross as a character, but Tyler Perry is the last person who should have taken over the role from Morgan Freeman! You read "don't ever cross Alex Cross" and then look at Perry, I mean come on!! Fox on the other hand does a great job giving the movie the little weight which it has, with that amazing physical transformation and portrayal of sociopath.
But in the end the movie falls in the absence of a true protagonist.
