Oh dear....
I'm not quite sure what the intent of this film was but Perry is no Morgan Freeman and brings no depth or gravitas which is solely needed. Having Fox as the bad guy of the film should have been a masterstroke but he is given nothing to work.
The other weakness is the story itself which is just plain dull and inconsequential. Also, the action sequences are a blur because of the editing which jump cuts all over the place.
Not much to say other than this is a missed opportunity.
