I usually like the director and the two leads. Something didn't really click here though. I don't care for the "characters become characters" aspect of it - I've seen it used before and it doesn't work for me.

I didn't feel the chemistry between Wilson and Hudson either. Ho-hum romantic comedy made watchable simply due to the presence of the adorable Kate Hudson.
