Glenn Close gives a restrained and subtle performance in a movie that's also emotionally restrained and easy to admire... But not necessary easy to like. Still, worth looking at, considering this is the project Close loves the most since 30 years ago and fought 15 years to bring to the screen.
She is extraordinary. Specially if you compare her to her Alex Forrest or her Patty Hewes. This is the same actress? Wow. Spit at me but she's more talented than Ms. Streep in my humble opinion. And yes, she's an ugly man.
