Mostly, it's a charming and character-driven movie worth watching.
Sure, there's a bit of coming of age drama/cheese. And at times it starts to feel mediocre.
But... it succeeds in being charming, the character interactions are interesting, the dialogue is frequently witty, and the acting is good-to-great.
