Alan Carr was quite a novelty before he became the overbearingly awful chat show host he is today. I thought he was pretty funny and I even saw him live with an old friend, at the show we didn't laugh at all which was strange but the DVD was pretty funny even though it was the same material.

I think we were just excited about this new in your face gay personality. Alan Carr presently does nothing for me whatsoever.
