This is an amazing movie and there's so much emotion in it that I cried when I heard the soundtrack for the first time. The reason why everyone keeps saying it's not as good as the first movie is because, well, let's face it, it's a sequel and it's not the original movie by itself! The real classic is the first movie and therefore obviously it has the story that everyone anticipates for.
You just can't hate the Aladdin franchise because it's too good.
