Oh you manipulative, feel good movie.
You worked on me.
You really really worked on me.
But god, its fucking clichie up the wazoo.
It's all here.
1. The mom who doesn't understand why this thing is important to her child.
2. The teacher who's tough but his leasons are more then what they seem.
3. The hard ass compettior who NEEDS to win.
4. The small community who supports the hero as they watch the event on TV.
But you know what? I still enjoyed it.
Sometimes I'm a sucker for these kinds of films.
