Review of Airplane! (1980) by Zachary R — 15 Mar 2013
This is a funny movie where David, Jerry Zucker, and Jon Abrahams humor shines with great effort this is probably one of the best movie satires of all time. This movie from the get go is just bizarre with a million things to see.
It starts off with a afraid to fly former war pilot who is trying to catch his girlfriend Elaine who is a stewardess. They have a fight that leads them to both getting on the plane. What takes a turn for the worst though, is airline food makes the pilots of the planes sick and causes Ted Striker the fear of flying war pilot to fly the plane and save the people on it with hilarious consequences.
If you haven't seen this film you have to at some point check it out! It is great among comedy and well worth seeing. 10 out of 10.
