Review of Airborne (2012) by Jarrad B — 16 Aug 2012
This was never going to be great but with certain parties involved you could have been forgiven for expecting a little more.
The last flight out headed for New York before a storm comes has but a few passengers. A mix of folk including a gangster, a doctor, a young couple and a jilted lover. As the flight goes on tensions rise, it seems the plane is off course and trust is at a premium.
It's just a little muddled and contrived. Meagre suspense comes as a vase in storage seems to be the key to the strange goings on on board the plane.
Mark Hamill lends a weak hand as the retiring ATC on the ground.
A weak and ill conceived thriller.
